What services do you provide?
Our services can be selected from our a la carte menu or by packages. Some of the packages we offer are The Southerner or The Family Touch. These packages include shopping, errands, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation to appointments, as well as personal care, bathing, dressing, and companionship. Services can be provided in your home, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and hospitals.
Do the caregivers have any specialized training?
Our caregivers are CPR certified, licensed, insured and bonded under the corporate liability policy. We make sure to do a background checked on all employees and require references that we thoroughly check as well. Our main goal is your comfort, security and safety.
How do you establish a relationship with your clients?
Before services are initiated, out Intake Specialist will visit the home to evaluate individual needs so we can provide an impressive service. This is available at no cost to you. It also gives the individual an opportunity to obtain answers regarding care from professional in the area. Our Intake Specialists are trained to provide a personal touch.
Are the caregivers supervised?
We closely monitor the relationship between the caregiver and the client to ensure consistency, safety and satisfaction. We regularly check upon your needs to make sure that if you require any change, we can make adjustments immediately. Our mission is to meet your desire.
